These Terms of Service govern your use of milestonecanvas.eu and the purchase of digital products from Milestone Canvas, operated by Matix Design, obrt, Osijek, Croatia (OIB: 74132678826).

By purchasing or downloading any product from this website or through any authorized sales channel, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold by Milestone Canvas are digital downloads. Upon completed purchase, you will receive immediate access to your files — no physical item will be shipped.

Files are delivered as ZIP archives containing PSD, PNG, and JPG files, along with a PDF with font download links. Delivery is processed through Lemon Squeezy purchase channel.

License & Permitted Use

All Milestone Canvas templates are licensed for personal and commercial use. This means you may:

✅ Use the templates for unlimited client events
✅ Edit, customize, and adapt the files for your projects
✅ Use the final printed or digital output for commercial purposes

You may NOT:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves
❌ Include the template files in any bundle or product for resale
❌ Claim the original design as your own
❌ Transfer the license to a third party

This license applies to one business entity or individual per purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or files, please contact us at milestonecanvas@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund requests may be considered only in cases where files were not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and template files sold by Milestone Canvas are the intellectual property of Matix Design, obrt. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of template files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer

Milestone Canvas templates are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding compatibility with specific software versions beyond Adobe Photoshop. Use of template files in third-party software is at the user's own discretion — no technical support is provided for non-Adobe software. Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibration and printer settings. Some product mockup images displayed on this website may feature AI-generated imagery, including AI-generated people. These images are used for illustrative purposes only and do not represent real individuals.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Osijek, Croatia.
